Jose Paxtor Oxlaj, 43, of Los Angeles, Calif., has been charged with illegal reentry into the United States after his involvement in an accident where six of his passengers were killed in a two-vehicle collision in Beckham County. The accident was at 3:06 p.m. Nov. 21 at the intersection of Route 66 N. and State Highway 34, three miles west of Elk City. The driver of the other vehicle, Phillip Shephard, 40, of Sayre, was not injured in the accident.
