Retirement reception set for OSU’s Wright

The Custer County Clerk’s Office and friends will host a public come-and-go retirement reception for outgoing Custer County OSU Extension Director Ron Wright, from 1-4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14 at the Custer County Courthouse.

One Custer City woman is in critical condition after injuries incurred in a head-on collision Thursday afternoon on U.S. Highway 183 north of Arapaho.

Deputies conducted a welfare check of female stating there is an upstairs apartment that no one should be in and she heard noises coming from it at 10340 N. 2388 Road.
