Tuesday’s Clinton City Council meeting was filled with numerous financial “house cleaning” items.
Travel on I-40 around mile marker 61 is going to take a little longer this weekend.
The effects from meat processing plant closures and slow-downs in other states, due to coronavirus, are hitting close to home. Beef prices are climbing and local restaurants, still reeling from the just-ended moratorium on in-person dining mandated by the state, are concerned about what it could mean.

H.O.S.T. Ministries has announced that it will resume worship services inside the church at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The church had been holding services outdoors in the parking lot since Easter.
