Clinton Public School Foundation will hold its next annual Membership Meeting at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, at the Clinton Board of Education office, 1720 Opal Ave. Anyone who has donated $25 or more during the past year is considered a foundation member and may attend.

Custer County OSU Extension Director Ron Wright said this year’s wheat crop will be a mixed bag, but he remains somewhat optimistic that the 2020 harvest will be decent overall.

The long rows of empty rail cars lined up near Farmrail’s office on Gary Boulevard are stark evidence of the downturn in the oil industry.
