Additional charges loom for three inmates following a Jan. 3 altercation with deputies. Travis Jones, 22, of Clinton, Luis Fernandez, 21, of Rome, Ga., and Mitchell Spearman, 40, of Clinton, are the alleged inmates to have started a riot inside the Custer County Jail located in Arapaho.
