Custer County Commissioners are putting out a plea for volunteers to serve on the Custer County Fair Board. Three positions were available, one in each district, and commissioners said Monday morning two remain unfilled.

Clinton firefighters train all the time to prepare themselves for how to respond to a real-life emergency, but over the last few weeks they have been able to do their training on actual building structures within the city.
