Incumbents from Clinton, Arapaho-Butler and Weatherford school districts have all declared intentions to run again for their seats when the candidate filing period opens Dec. 2.
The woman who allegedly stole a pickup last week in Weatherford and then led Clinton police on a high-speed chase here came very close to wiping out another vehicle before she was stopped, an affidavit of probable cause filed with seven charges against her indicates.
Clinton Public Schools will be closed all next week for Thanksgiving break, and once again the district has arranged to provide meals at no cost for Clinton students age 18 and under, said CPS Nutrition Director Crystal Sharp.
