Crews stay ready for icy roads

Oklahoma Department of Transportation officials continue to urge residents to stay off the roads as much as possible as the below-freezing temperatures render the salt mixtures on the road less effective, especially with possible snowy conditions on the way.

Schools to switch to LED lighting

During the Clinton School Board meeting Monday night, the OKLED Project was approved to convert all lights to LEDs to cut back on energy costs.

Livestock show set to be held Feb. 21-23

The Custer County Livestock Show is set for Feb. 21-23 at the Custer County Fairgrounds and will feature a new category for the first time ever.

WTC recognition

Arapaho-Butler student Carli Davis received an Outstanding Student and Perfect Attendance Award in the biomed program as well as an Outstanding Attitude Award in the honors calculus program at WTC.
