The Clinton Economic Development Authority has extended offers to purchase the condemned Glancy Motel and the former Pop Hicks Restaurant property located in the 200 block of Gary Blvd.
During the regular meeting of the Clinton City Council Tuesday, council members voted 5-0 to approve the sale of surplus property located at 223 N. 4 St. to Bobby Lorenz for $30,000.
Clintonites will have an opportunity to donate blood next week during a regularly scheduled blood drive through the Oklahoma Blood Institute.
