Instead of a Friday concert, the Levitt AMP Clinton Music Series concert will enjoy the relaxing weekend with Dawn & Hawkes returning to Clinton at 7:30 p.m. this Saturday at the R.A. “Dick” Lloyd Amphitheatre in McLain Rogers Park.

Clinton Public Schools held its monthly board meeting Monday evening with the meeting adjourning after a tour of the progress with the new Clinton Middle School building.

Clinton Police Department School Resource Officer Dillon Whitten was named Oklahoma D.A.R.E. Officer of the Year at the Oklahoma D.A.R.E. Officer’s Association conference June 9, becoming the first Clinton officer to receive the title.
