With the 100-year centennial for the historic Route 66 just around the corner, the Oklahoma Route 66 Museum is hosting a book signing for Route 66 ambassadors Jim Ross and Shellee Graham’s new book “Route 66 – The First 100 Years,” from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday.

The recent situation involving the City of Clinton’s sewer line continues to be a mess for all involved. After a mainline break caused raw sewage to bypass onto a local wheat field, City officials are working with the Department of Environmental Quality to clean the area, but longterm solutions are yet to be determined.
