Born on October 9th, 1942, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to Wayne Bernell Armstrong and Lila Louise Foster, Bill’s early years were characterized by a spirited blend of ambition, and service, a theme that would beautifully thread through the entirety of his life.

Funeral services for Billy Dwayne Schwartz, 77-yearold Weatherford resident, will be held Friday, March 22, 2024, 2:00 P.M. in the First Baptist Church with Earl Stephenson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at Lockstone Funeral Home on Thursday, March 21st from 6-8pm.

Bobby Lee Rigney (“Bob – Dad - Papa”) was born January 1, 1951, in Clovis, New Mexico, to Loy and Dorothy Rigney. Bob grew up and attended school in Lazbuddie, Texas, and Satana, Kansas.
Funeral services for Garfield West Hamilton, 79, of Winfield, Kan., will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Concho Emergency Center in Concho.
He was born Feb. 7, 1945, in Wichita, Kan. He died March 13, 2024, in Winfield. Services are under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
