Wanda June Kelley was born on December 8, 1933, to Odus Albert Kelley and Hazel Etta Modelle (Boyer) Kelley in Stafford, Oklahoma and passed away November 4, 2023, in her Norman home with her daughters by her side.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date for Charles “Chuck” Andrew Ladd.
