Funeral services for Franklin Delano Ramsey, 87, of Butler, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, at Leedey Church of Christ.

He was born May 10, 1937, in Bulter. He died Dec. 27, 2024, in Oklahoma City.

Services are under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
