(AP) – Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said Wednesday he will withhold $40 million from California because it is the only state that is failing to enforce English language requirements for truckers.

As of press time, the hospital is waiting on hearing back from the State in determining whether Clinton Regional will qualify for status as a Rural Emergency Hospital. Wednesday marked 10 working days from the state’s evaluation, the length of time the state provides as to when status will be determined.
