Clinton Public Schools has called up a new counselor for the Clinton High School senior class from within its own ranks in former Clinton Middle School teacher and alternative education director Casey Perez.
The gold-shovel groundbreaking ceremony has been completed at what will be the headquarters for Troop H of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in the near future.

After 15 years as the Dist. 5 construction engineer, Will Snipes was recently promoted to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s Dist. 5 engineer.
With school fully underway comes school buses canvassing the streets in the mornings and afternoons with what people believe to be valuable commodities. Clinton Public Schools and the Clinton Police Department are reminding parents and drivers at large, what they need to know to safely drive during the start and end of the school day.
Perhaps it could playfully be christened as “Troop H 2.0,” but today’s groundbreaking of the new Oklahoma High Patrol Troop H Headquarters will lead to a new facility geared toward efficient access to two major routes the local troopers canvas.
