(AP) — A “neartotal secrecy” surrounding deportation flights and the use of full-body restraints onboard is raising “serious human rights concerns,” a group of 11 Democratic U.S. senators wrote in a letter Thursday to top immigration officials.

With colder weather starting to appear more frequently into the season change, the Clinton Fire Department shared some tips to stay safe with the cold.

Ashley Dawn Beal, 40, of Oklahoma City, has been arrested after the alleged theft of a pickup from a fenced-in location. According to his affidavit of probable cause, Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Matthew Littledave was on routine patrol in the early morning hours of Oct. 19 when he overheard the Clinton Police Department radio traffic reference a possible stolen vehicle, which was stopped at 4th Street and Terrance Avenue.
