Custer County’s Sheriff’s Office is comprised of many different officers and employees in different roles, all working together to provide law enforcement across the county and keep the jail in order. “Our department is really several departments because of the way the sheriff’s office functions,” said Sheriff Dan Day. “All of our guys do work hard – everyone in every bit of it.”

Following years of serving as associate pastors and working in the youth and children’s ministries for the New Hope Fellowship Church here in Clinton, Jamie Patton and his wife Kelli are being elevated to new heights as he takes over the role of senior pastor for the church.
