Cattlemen scholarships

Washita County Cattlemen’s Association awarded scholarships to Rayson Kuehne, left, of Cordell and Chelsea Nickel of Clinton. Students in the competition were asked to write an essay over the effects of COVID-19 on the beef cattle industry.

Arrests made here in OKC homicide

The Clinton Police Department assisted U.S. Marshals and the Oklahoma City Police Department Friday morning, arresting suspects in connection with a murder that took place last summer in Oklahoma City.
