ODOT selects Exit 65-65A plan

Citing safety issues with one of its plans, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation announced at Tuesday’s City Council Meeting it has selected Plan 2D for the I-40 Exit 65 and 65A interchange. It will be the largest project ever done in the 11 western Oklahoma counties served by ODOT’s District 5.

No one was injured Wednesday moring when the driver of this car was trying to take the exit at I-40 and U.S.183 and struck a sign. Heavy snow during the night caused exit ramps and side roads to become snow-packed.
