New restaurant getting ready to open soon

Clinton’s Lucille’s Roadhouse restaurant is about a month away from its tentative opening date planned for the second weekend in September. General Manager Justin O’Connor said the remodeling has been going well, and he is excited to have people visiting the building.

Baumwart honored by Oklahoma State University

Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine recently named Dr. Alvin Baumwart of Arapaho as its 2021 Distinguished Alumnus Award recipient. He will be honored Nov. 5 at the veterinary college’s Distinguished Alumni Award Luncheon.
