An accused murderer is the latest fugitive to be placed on Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted list. Christian Soto, 26, is wanted for the July 5 shooting death of a 17-year-old male in Oklahoma City. Police say Soto brandished a pistol and shot the victim multiple times after an altercation at a house party.
