Being in natural light improves mood,

Dear Doctors: My company called the employees back to the office, and I'm dreading it. There aren't many windows, and it's all fluorescent lights. Being able to be outdoors while working from home has been great. I know I'm less depressed when I get to be in daylight. Is there any science behind that?

Reader can’t find well-paying job

DEAR HARRIETTE: I am a college graduate, and I cannot find a decent-paying job. I've been looking for almost five years now, to no avail. I have friends who didn't even go to school, and they've been able to secure jobs making triple the amount I'm offered because of their experience. I'm beginning to think college was a waste of time and money. How can I manifest a decent-paying job? – College Grad

CHS choir

Clinton High School choir members got to do something this past weekend that few high school choirs get to do – they traveled to New York City and performed at Carnegie Hall.

Clinton police were involved March 16 with the arrest of two individuals that were traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 inside a green 2008 G6 Pontiac in attempts to escape Weatherford police.

At the dawn of a new year, it’s not uncommon for people to take inventory of their personal health and strive to make positive changes. Being more conscientious of the foods they put into their bodies is a start, but some individuals may wonder if supplementation can help them go one step further.
