Since the Clinton Public School District bond issue was proposed in December, a few changes have been made along the way. The bond will be worth approximately $51 million, but Superintendent Tyler Bridges explained approximately $38 million of that is what will be invested into the bond’s project areas.
Scam emails have reached several Custer County property owners this week stating that “S.O. Be Investments Manager Ohad Behore” is interested in purchasing their property. The email lists Custer County Assessor Brad Rennels as a source of contact, but Rennels said that he and his office are not associated with the emails.
The Custer County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Clinton resident Shane Ruben Sells, 42, on a felony charge of child abuse by injury.
