LEBANON, Ind. (AP) — An Indiana homeowner accused of killing a house cleaner who mistakenly arrived at his front door was charged with voluntary manslaughter on Monday in a case that could test the limits of stand-your-ground laws.

A small fire broke out involving a liquid asphalt tank Friday morning near 2247 Road, south of Clinton, with the Clinton Fire Department arriving on the call.

An unknown victim was shot in the chest and died as a result of the injuries Friday morning at Weatherford, according to Weatherford Police Chief Angelo Orefice. One man is in custody in relation to the shooting.
