With Sunday evening’s roaring rain and winds, with speeds maxing out to 57 mph according to the National Weather Service, the City of Clinton has plans in motion to collect fallen tree limbs throughout the town.

Rain was a heavy topic of conversation at the Custer County Commissioner’s meeting Monday at the Custer County Courthouse, for better and for worse.

Clinton’s summer Friends on Frisco event is making its return Thursday evening to Engleman Park on Frisco Avenue.
