Most phases of the game proved to be out of synch for the Clinton High School baseball team Thursday on the first day of competition in the I-40 Classic.
Oklahoma junior Jayda Coleman has been named Big 12 Player of the Week for her performance throughout OU’s 7-0 week.
At the end of the day, the Clinton High School girls’ golf team had to accept finishing fourth Wednesday in the Weatherford Tournament but also had to be elated considering the type of competition it faced.
With temperatures in the 50s and winds gusting up to 30 mph, the Arapaho-Butler Lady Indians began the home part of their slow-pitch softball season Monday in conditions more suited for ice hockey than softball. The Lady Indians fell 22-14 to the Leedey Lady Bison.
