Reds drop second game to Eagles in ‘Conflict’

High winds, wildfires to the east and plain old western Oklahoma red dirt all combined Tuesday for a murky horizon. It didn’t clear up much better for the Clinton High School baseball team in its second meeting with Weatherford at the CHS Ballpark.

Reds bombarded by Eagles in first meeting

The first round of the baseball version of the “Custer County Conflict” proved to be decisively all Weatherford Monday, as the Eagles hosted the Reds in a 25-11 district contest.

A fellow named David seemed to do a pretty fair tossing a rock against a giant one time. The Clinton High School track throwing team faced its own giants Thursday at the Edmond North Meet.
