Curtis DeLain Reinke was born December 6, 1940, in Clinton, Oklahoma to Emil and Mary (Mueller) Reinke. He attended school in Custer City, followed by a couple of years in Arapaho, before returning to Clinton, where he graduated high school with the class of 1959.
