Funeral services for Blake Welbourne, 35, of Clinton, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, at the Clinton ERC building.

He was born Feb. 26, 1990, in Clinton. He died Sept. 8, 2025, in Oklahoma City.

Services are under the direction of Lee Hometown Funeral Home.
