The halls are decked no longer as City of Clinton employees remove the various Christmas decorations that adorn the town’s street lights, the wreaths on streetlamps downtown and the giant Santa Claus statue that was erected in the small field near the intersection of Gary Boulevard and Modelle Avenue.
