Alleged abandonment of six cats to fend for themselves has led to Caroline Sue Plummer, 65, of Clinton, to have a warrant out for her arrest for animal cruelty.
Talk was centered around projects currently in the works at Tuesday afternoon’s Clinton Economic Development Authority meeting conducted at City Hall.
