WASHINGTON (AP) — Vice President Kamala Harris picked Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz to be her running mate on Tuesday, according to three people familiar with the decision.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation was contacted Friday evening by the Elk City Police Department to assist with the investigation of an officer-involved shooting.
