Making the transition to distance learning has presented a set of challenges for Clinton and surrounding school districts, especially considering how little time they had to prepare. The Oklahoma State Department of Education has mandated that distance learning for public schools begin on Monday. But even with the short amount of time that they have had to prepare, administrators and teachers in each district have shown a “can do” spirit and are planning on making the most of the time they have left of the 2019-2020 academic year.
