At a special meeting held Tuesday to settle the Petition for Contest of Candidacy filed by Custer County Sheriff Kenneth Tidwell against challenger Dan Day, the Custer County Election Board ruled that Day’s name should be allowed to remain on the June 30 primary election ballot.
