A two-car wreck involving a police car occurred Wednesday afternoon in the 2200 block of Modelle Avenue next to the Coronado Apartments.
Clinton Police Chief Paul Rinkel informed Acting City Manager Gene McCullough that he has tested positive for COVID-19.
