At the last meeting of the Custer County Free Fair board, members decided to go ahead with the fair this year. It’s going to look a lot different, though. The livestock and horse shows will be held on Friday, Sept. 11 and Saturday, Sept. 12, but there will be no still exhibits because of the COVID-19 virus transmission risk.
Just days after an outof-state individual was arrested for false identification, another suspect was arrested with the same charge Tuesday night in Clinton.
A Hydro man died as the result of injuries in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday evening, but was not found until the following morning.
