Sweet peaches

Clinton High School choir member Hunter Staggs lifts a couple of boxes of peaches and takes them to a buyer’s car. These peaches are a major fundraiser for the vocal program. 

During Hunger Action Month, individuals can join the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma and the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.

Every September, the Feeding America nationwide network of food banks take action in the fight against hunger.

The Sexual Health and Harm Reduction Service of the Oklahoma State Department of Health has recently received an additional $2.15 million in funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to support ending the HIV epidemic in Oklahoma.
