Construction employment increased by 84,000 jobs in October, with jobs added in both nonresidential and residential categories, according to an analysis by the Associated General Contractors of America of government data released recently.

Opportunities, Inc. of Clinton and the Weatherford Food & Resource Center have fed hundreds of people this year through their food banks and helped many residents through their other services, as well.
