Clinton resident Damon Ray Walker Jr., 22, was charged with eluding a police officer and endangering others after former felony conviction Dec. 20 after he admitted to eluding Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Michael Eckhart while having Custer County warrants for his arrest.
