Clinton’s Halloween comes early this year as the annual trunk or treat will be Oct. 30. Chamber of Commerce president Julie Caldwell encourages residents to do their trick-ortreating that day as well. The trunk or treat and the Kiwanis costume contest will take place from 6-9 p.m. on Frisco Avenue from 5 to 10 Street. The streets will be shut down for the duration of the events.
