Senate Bill 172, also known as Ida’s Law, went into effect Monday and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is taking steps to implement the law. Ida’s Law was passed by the Oklahoma Legislature and signed into law by Governor Kevin Stitt in April of this year.
