Clinton’s United Fund board members decided to stop fundraising towards their $40,000 goal for 2021-2022. UF raised approximately $22,200, but Secretary Judy Schmidt said progress has been slow and it’s difficult to keep going.

Debra Blanchard has been with the City of Clinton since June of 1991 when she started as the deputy treasurer. She became the city treasurer in January of 1997.
