A 27-year-old Clinton man is facing felony charges of threatening to perform an act of violence after his neighbors “told on him” to his parents, as he had allegedly tried to sell them drugs the week prior to the incident.
In a lengthy meeting this week, Custer County commissioners heard from Assistant District Attorney Ricky McPhearson concerning contracts with the architect and construction manager for the bathroom remodeling project at the courthouse.
