(AP) — The head of the U.S. Department of Transportation threatened Monday to withhold $24 million in federal funding from the state of Colorado for what he described as a slow response to a major violation of federal commercial driver’s license regulations.

Clinton’s H.O.S.T. Ministries had a festive success last week, after the church held its annual community Christmas meal for the Clinton community members looking for food and company this holiday season, with roughly 120 people joining the church last Friday.

Five people, including Susan Adams Johnson, director of Scissortail Promotions, the coordinator of the Levitt Foundation outdoor concert series in Clinton, were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday evening at the intersection between two state highways in Caddo County.
