Jessy Lee Garrison, 42, of Guernsey, Wyo., has been charged with aggravated assault and battery when great bodily injury is inflicted after an incident in the Custer County Jail on Sept. 27.

(AP) — The District of Columbia filed a lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court Thursday against chemical manufacturer Velsicol Chemical, LLC, claiming it violated city environmental laws by polluting a major waterway, the Anacostia River and the surrounding area for decades.
