(AP) — A line of severe storms produced what a meteorologist calls a rare combination of multiple tornadoes, hurricane-force winds and softballsized hail in west Texas, killing at least four people, injuring nine and causing significant damage around the town of Matador.

After months of not being able to offer a pantry for those in need, the Clinton Mission House is looking to have this resource available once again.

Misty Ann Bynum, 39, and Kathleen Elizabeth Smith, 49, both of Hobart, have been charged with trafficking illegal drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a routine traffic stop led to the discovery of more than 200 grams of methamphetamine.
