The Clinton Daily News’ newest addition to the newsroom is Clinton native and 2018 Clinton High School graduate Caleb Blanchard. Officially starting his position June 19, Blanchard looks forward to strengthening his writing skills and serving the community of Clinton as CDN’s photographer, as well as serving as a writer.
Fire hydrants across Clinton are getting a bit of a facelift as the Clinton Fire Department conducts its annual flow test across the City with each hydrant being painted a corresponding color to represent the gallons per minute it produces. All 618 fire hydrants within the City of Clinton will be tested and inspected in the coming weeks to allow the department to document the capabilities and state of each hydrant.
