Banquet features circus theme

Clinton is soon to be transported to a world of circus fanfare and celebration Friday when the Clinton Chamber of Commerce has its annual awards banquet at the Frisco Conference Center. The reception for the event will begin at 6 p.m. and the dinner will start at 7 p.m. Awards will begin at 8 p.m.
