(AP) – Two men who died after their helicopters collided midair in New Jersey over the weekend both earned their private pilot licenses over a decade ago and would often have breakfast together at a cafe near the crash site before taking to the skies from the local airport.

Charges have been added to a previous sentence for a man who was recently arrested for copper theft from a windmill site after further investigation linked him to another burglary at the same location.
